Design & Development Process
Every project starts with a discovery call to understand your goals. I then move through wireframes, design, and development, sharing progress at each stage so you always know exactly where things stand.
What is Our Refund Policy
If work has not yet begun, your deposit is fully refundable. Once design or development is underway, refunds are prorated against completed milestones, which are agreed and documented before any work starts.
Our Processing Time
Most projects take two to six weeks depending on scope and how quickly feedback comes back. After our first call, I provide a realistic timeline with clear milestones so you can plan around delivery dates.
How do I Pay and Payment Method
I accept bank transfer, major credit cards, and PayPal. Payment is split into a deposit to begin and a balance on completion, with invoices sent for each stage so everything stays transparent and simple.
